Custom Sources to Monitor - $0 to $1K (for up to 100 Additional Sources)
Gnowit maintains a stable of cutting edge technologies that can rapidly add thousands of new sources to monitor, and more importantly, include them automatically in our easy to use platform. Thus, we could monitor specific verticals, jurisdictions and sources on your behalf. If these sources are of interest to a large segment of our customers, there will be no charge to add them. However, if they are very niche, or custom-configured for your firm, we can confidently cost it and provide you a schedule for making these available.
Additional Integration or Customization - $0 and up
We can help make your workload even easier by automating curation via machine learning, adding additional filters via semantic analysis, building out a domain specific sentiment profile, automatically translating documents, or creating custom reports and / or integrations into other software. For routine improvements, let us know, and we’ll be happy to make them at no cost – we welcome your suggestions!

Historical Archives - Searches $500 (one time) / Custom Archives $1000 and up
We maintain many years of archives for Government data, news and industry information.

We can carry out searches on your behalf for specific terms in these archives – each search typically costs around 500 for 5 topics in the past two years. Longer searches or a larger number of topics will incur a larger cost.

Additionally, we can set up a segregated Gnowit instance, hooked up to a much larger or customer archive of data. This typically will cost an extra 1K a year for an exclusive system with around 1 years of archives. Much more extensive archives are possible as well, and based on your needs, we would be happy to provide you with a quote.

Enterprise Onboarding - $2K and up (one-time)
We can run custom sessions, on premise, for your team. These sessions would be more extensive than the typical training sessions for the platform, and would also include significant knowledge transfer on best practices, and a custom curriculum designed to support your particular use-case. A capstone test / evaluation and certificates can be provided to your team as part of the enterprise onboarding session.
Phone Support - 1K monthly and up
For enterprise customers that need priority support, we can provide one or more dedicated account representative and phone support (during business hours).
Enterprise Security and Workflows - $200 per user / month
These offerings will help to ensure extra security, including advanced roles and permission management at the user and project level, two-factor authentication, and additional logging. Each project can be configured to be visible or hidden from other users, and can be set writable, or read-only.

This is a useful capability when you have multiple analysts in the organization who are serving rival companies, and need to ensure that there is no information leakage from one client’s project to that of another.

Another use-case involves the scenario where you have power-users who operate in an editor roles, and analysts who curate results, generate reports and create exports, without being able to modify the configuration of the core projects.

What is your Privacy Policy?
The only private information we receive from you is your name, email and contact information, which is used to configure your account. The queries that you enter, the documents that you label and reports that you generate are kept strictly confidential. We never share our customer’s information with third parties.
Do you Offer Full Text Access?
In order to remain compliant with copyright laws, we give our retail clients on the Professional, Team and Agency tiers the links to the original documents, with an extracted summary and the title. You can also export additional metadata via the ‘share finding’ CSV, JSON and XML report options. Rest assured that your search takes place on the full text of every document in our repository.

If you need full text export access, we offer this under the Enterprise tier (where you can access the APIs), and our contract with you ensures that the terms of this usage falls within the research exception to copyright laws in most jurisdictions. We are also prepared to work with you to build additional AI and languages processing modules on our platform that automate your operations, and make ‘human-like’ decisions on your behalf. We are always happy to discuss how we can help you meet your goals, and would be happy to make Gnowit part of your solution.

What Payment Options are Available?
We are happy to offer you several options. We accept cheques, EFT and wire payments. We can also provide you an invoice for on-time or recurring payments via Stripe. If you choose to employ the Stripe option, then we never see your credit card information, and it is securely processed by leading payment services provider. We can bill you via CAD or USD.

6 months prepayments are eligible for a 5% discount, and one year prepayments for a 10% discount.

Do Charities get Special Pricing?
For non-profits that are cash-constrained and work for social justice, multiculturalism or other altruistic ends, we got your back, and price will not be a factor on making sure that you can benefit from Gnowit. Basically, pay what you can afford, and if the circumstances warrant it, you can have access to Gnowit at no cost as well.
What Happens at the End of the 14 Days Trial?

At the end of the 14 day trial period, you will no longer be able to log in, and your alerts and shared dashboards will be disabled. You will not receive an invoice or have any obligation for payment, unless you have unambiguously subscribed to one of the paid options available in vAnalyst.
